On another note ... the white border at the top and bottome ... those are kinda bright ... any chance of shading it in with something? ... if not ... kewlio ... me still am likey.

So where does one go to add a group? I don't see the "usergroups" heading any more.

We're working on restoring everyone's ranks right now, we'll go through and explain how to do stuff after (read this as, I currently have no freaking idea).

: D
I am currently "not allowed to view/download" images in postings. Is it a rank thing within the forums, and if so, I should probably post that elsewhere.

PS: The background is sucking all of my attention - I don't know why.

And I liked it when we could click on the entire forum box instead of having to click just the title of the forum.

Thanks and great work guys - :heart

Most, if not all, of the permission glitches should be fixed.  Let Mars know if anything else screws up, or just post here. Thanks!

Well, the image isn't supposed to change. Look for an image that says "New" at the end of the subject of the thread.
All of the threads have the "new" icon for me?  Is that because of the move, technically they are all new cause I've never been to them here?

If you click on "new", what is supposed to happen?  Is it just supposed to open the thread, or is it supposed to go to the post in the thread that is new?

Thanks!

It is because of the move.  If you click new, it takes you to the newest post. To go to the last post, there is still an icon at the right side of the screen, by the date that takes you to that. This is it:

I am in the process of coding something for this purpose. In the meantime, start a thread for those kinds of requests.

If you click the Mark As Read button on the front page it will mark every thread as read so when you log on next time, only the threads you haven't read with new posts will light up.

I am not seeing threads as unread when I go into a forum that is showing as unread. That is, I'm not seeing any unread icons inside the forums, only on the main index page.

edit: New post icons! That's what they're called. The ones that are crimsony and such. *nods*.

Well, the image isn't supposed to change. Look for an image that says "New" at the end of the subject of the thread.

Well after much looking I finally managed to figure out what you're talking about. *likes the colored bandanas so much better than a tiny little button*

And I meant to say nice job on something earlier and now for the life of me can't remember what it was. So um. Nice job.. on something! :D

The pattern in the background irritates me... Not that I have any say, but I kinda hope you're coming up with something prettier looking.

I also give my praise for that awsome fancy writing stuff that you do with the logo, and I envy you for even being able to draw a decent curve in (photoshop, I'm guessing>)

Lookin' very nice. Yes, it'll take some getting used to, as does everything new. It took me a bit to find the "Show unread posts since last visit" - uhm ya - right there at the top - *thwacks self in the head*

my Web Content Usability Specialist hat will go on when I get a chance - seriously, I get paid for doing it - my job freakin' rawwwks!
